QR-Code Wine Ratings

An elegant and delightful HTML5 rating experience to be accessed via individualized QR codes on 100ml bottles of wine. While designing the mobile experience I needed to make sure I created a design that could easily be translated to other screen sizes via responsive web design.

This is a series of screens to rate a wine the user has just tasted and save it to a cookie (I spec'ed that out too). The flow also allows the user to buy more of the wine in the quantity they've just scanned or upgrade to a full-size bottle.

TastingRoom Site Refresh

Designed at TastingRoom.com, an innovative online wine retail startup. We created a site that was intuitive, visually clean and got our value proposition across in 5 seconds.

Researched, prioritized, sketched, prototyped and tested new features and functionality. Added a Daily Deals subsite and brought an interactive Wine Finder experience from idea to reality. Note: TastingRoom.com has since become a part of Lot18.

SoulPulse Branding

SoulPulse is an interactive health project inspired by the Quantified Self that lets you keep track of your spiritual awareness through data instead of your memory.

I created a logo designed to express key brand adjectives for Soulpulse: flourishing, meaningful, intuitive, experimental and playful. You can see the full evolutionary process of an idea from rough sketches to the final logo below.
